Magene Praxis Zayante Carbon Road Power Meter Crankset

The Magene Praxis Zayante Carbon Road Power Meter Crankset combines the Magene spider-based power meter with the pro-level Praxis Carbon Zayante crankset. This power meter crankset features an affordable and reliable power meter with ultra-light carbon cranks designed for performance.

The Magene power meter measures power from both legs and is accurate to +/- 1.0%. The power meter features a rechargeable battery with 200 hours of ride time, automatic calibration and left and right leg power balance. This power meter uses Praxis Zayante Carbon road crank arms. These crank arms are designed to be stiff and lightweight, providing exceptional power transfer.

Compatibility:

This power meter is compatible with Praxis M30 (30 mm/28 mm) bottom brackets and 110×4 BCD or 110×5 BCD chainrings. See Compatibility tab for more information.

Power Measurement:

The Magene power meter measures power at the spider and is therefore able to measure power from both legs.

Advice From Our Staff:

This is another one of our favorite road cranksets. The Magene measures power from both legs, is reliable, accurate and very affordable. You also get the Praxis Zayante Carbon crankset which is stiff, lightweight and performs beautifully. Just make sure you have a Praxis M30 bottom bracket on your bike as the Zayante uses a 30 mm/28 mm tapered spindle.

Professional Assembly (Optional)Magene Build Checklist

We are happy to professionally assemble your power meter crankset if you select this option when ordering. This ensures your crankset is correctly built and saves you time. Professional assembly includes:

  • Mount the power meter to the cranks and tighten to factory specifications
  • Apply multi-purpose bicycle grease where necessary
  • Install chainrings on the power meter (if chainrings are ordered)

Please note – while we tighten everything to factory specs, it is still your responsibility to routinely check your power meter crankset to make sure all bolts and nuts remain securely fastened.

Compatibility

Chainrings: This power meter fits 110 BCD 5-bolt or 110 BCD 4-bolt chainrings. In many cases, you can use your existing chainrings assuming they use the same configuration as the power meter you order.

Bottom Bracket: This power meter fits Praxis M30 (30 mm/28 mm) bottom brackets. If you currently have a Praxis M30 MM crankset on your bike, you should be able to re-use your existing bottom bracket. However, if you are changing spindle sizes, you will need to replace your bottom bracket.

  • Your crank arm length should be printed or stamped on the inside of the left crank arm, usually near the pedal end.
